LEARNLearn about the candidates running in the election through voter guides and candidate forum/debate videos
VOTE TOGETHER Go together as group and vote at any public library in Lexington.

WHAT COSTUMES CAN I WEAR?
You will have to show ID when you vote, so no heavy costume makeup or masks will be allowed when in the voting area. Additionally, the library is a space for families, and extremely scary or graphic costumes which could upset children will not be allowed by the library.
What IS Allowed?
Most anything! Just don't make it too scary/graphic, make sure you are recognizible for voting ID (light on the costume makeup), and take off any masks when going to vote. Some ideas:
Characters from history, books, movies, TV, fairytales, etc. (Athena, Harry Potter, Barbie, Spiderman, Star Trek, etc.)
Occupations
Concepts, Puns, Animals, Memes, Jokes, etc.
Classic Halloween Costumes: Witches, skeletons, ghosts, zombies... as long as not too graphic/scary for kids.
